Betty is the longest serving member of staff and has been with the company since day one. She deals with report generation, company statistics and general correspondence. She also oversees the team of report co-ordinators.

Betty is married with two sons. Her hobbies include walking with her husband David and their dog, gardening and flower arranging. She also tries to travel over to America as often as possible to visit her son who is currently working out there.
